Socomec<\/strong> was born in 1985 in Savignano sul Rubicone (Italy) as a small craft business, dedicated to the production of band saws and long belt sanders.<\/p>\n

In the following years, the gradual increase of demand from the market, along with an excellent quality product, led the members to project and manufacture new models<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In 2000 the company moved to a new plant in the industrial area of Torriana<\/strong> (12 km far from Rimini), expanding its productivity area and thus improving its production capacity.<\/p>\n

In 2003 Socomec acquired the know-how of a well-known company of the woodworking sector, i.e. \u201cTOP MASTER<\/strong>\u201d, by enhancing its knowledge, its skills, its operative and technological resources and further by widening its range of machinery.<\/p>\n

In 2012, after many years of close collaboration, Socomec acquired the whole property of the manufacturer \u201cBFM<\/strong>\u201d, i.e. slot mortisers and edge sanding machines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Over the years, the company have recorded a rather considerable technical and commercial development<\/strong>, spreading both into the national and into the international market, thanks to a network of dealers and distributors worldwide.<\/p>\n

I started my career as a workshop employee and have always worked with passion and discipline in the production of woodworking machines. Over the years I have acquired more and more roles and responsibilities, and in 2011, when the old partners decided to retire, I committed myself together with Davide and Silvia to continue their work.<\/p>\n

Today I take care of the Commercial area and the Marketing part, from time to time I go back to my workshop and try to develop some new projects!<\/p>\n

My first work experiences took place in the accountancy firm that followed Socomec, then in 2011 my father and the other partners decided to retire and some employees (including my brother) said they were ready to embark on a new adventure in the direction of this company and they proposed me to participate in the management of the accounting and administrative aspects.<\/p>\n

I am the son of one of the founding partners and I have been working in the company since 2005. I have always dealt with the assembly part in the workshop and over the years I have tried to improve all the production processes, from procurement to the assembly and delivery phases of the finished product.<\/p>\n

Today I take care of all the management of production processes, managing the warehouse and organizing the workshop staff. My goal is to continuously improve production by bringing new ideas and new projects and perhaps opening the company to new market segments.<\/p>\n
