CHARACTERISTICS
The spindle moulders machine consist of a shaft on which a milling bit are mounted.
Produced in two different sized models. Both models are available either as standard or with accessory equipment such as installing a tilting spindle and/or an anodized aluminium carriage for greater resistance to external agents.
The standard version spindle shaft has a 30 mm diameter but can be fitted upon request with 35/40/50 mm Ø, without price increasing; with 3 or 5 rotation speeds and reaching up to 10.000 r.p.m. and with a vertical stroke of 140/180 mm.
CUSTOMIZATION
On request, the spindle moulders machine can be equipped with different working tables, i.e.:
- Cast iron square working table
- Lateral extension tables with frontal extension bar
- Lateral tenoning sliding table
- Aluminium carriage for mass production
- Combination of tenoning sliding table with one lateral extension table and a frontal extension bar
MAINTENANCE
Standard maintenance does not require special procedures besides, depending on use, weekly or daily cleaning to remove dust, sawdust or wood chips. This can be generally done using a vacuum cleaner/aspirator. For the proper operation of the machine, after cleaning, it is advisable to lubricate all moving parts. All spindle moulders are designed to work with a suction unit that we can supply. If unplanned maintenance must be performed on the machine, it is advisable to contact our technical service. We provide our customers with complete spare part and repair services
SAFETY and USE
All Spindle Moulders Machines for wood are built in compliance with EC standards. No specific provisions are required. Comes supplied with a standard spindle shaft protection with wooden guide boards.
WARRANTY
Spindle Moulders machine, as well as all Socomec products, are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and maintenance. The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers the replacement of defective parts during the guarantee period, excluding motor and electrical parts.
DELIVERY
Delivery of Spindle Moulders machine is performed within one work month.
